My hairstylist @ Supercuts Lewisham Branch Valentina is amazing! She styled and coloured my hair nicely and took extra care with my sensitive scalp. I also love the colour blend that she applied on my hair as the result was something I love. Thank you so much Valentina.

First time I was treated very rude told check in on pad, I said there is someone's debit card info and I don't think I should,was told just to hit enter. Didn't stay. Second time, I thought I will try again several weeks later, maybe just a bad day. New the routine this time,checked in and it told me a 3 minute wait,so I waited 10 minutes and then rudely asked what I needed??? I said I checked in and she said we don't have any appointments .We are too busy, come back in a couple of hours,I said I wouldn't be back. This was in the Van Buren AR Walmart store.

Racine WI location. Ignored for about a half hour while employees just chatted with the one person being worked on. Arrived early for 4:00 appointment. Left around 4:30. Will never return.

We drove through 3 states to get to Alisa Shaber in Paris Tx... My Granddaughter has a rare situation ,the nerves in her scalp respond differently then most,when doing her hair she could pass out for over active nerves in her scalp.... Mrs.Sharber has cut her hair once before...Every experience has been very professional,an she enjoyed her experience with alisa ,an that says alot she is 11yrs old an can talk your ears off.. Don't waste your time making a reservation or checking in online. The time you select does not mean anything and its not an actual appointment. I really don't get the point of the reservation system at all, might as well remove it. Anyone walking in off the street will be ahead of you. So its basically the opposite of useful reservations like at a restuarant, doctors office, golf tee time, whatever.

Sargon did a great job on my hair. I had cut my hair myself. Big mistake!!!! He was so professional and quickly gave me a great haircut. Thank you, Sargon.

Each time I have visited the Supercuts I have had excellent friendly and professional service. I like the way they trim my hair and am happy and continue to go back. Krystal has been my hair stylist the last few times and she is super, listens, and is as professional, friend, and makes sure her customer is super happy when they leave.

Maddie in Hastings Nebraska butchered my hair! I said I wanted below my chin, touching my collarbone. She cut it a full 2 inches above that. ABOVE my chin! This woman should NOT BE ALLOWED NEAR SCISSORS!

Made appt for eyebrow wax and haircut. Lady was in a super hurry and no wax available. My hair is absolutely horrible. I wanted to look nice for Mother’s Day. Now heading somewhere to see if they can fix it. And they did not have air conditioning on. The temp is 82 today. They did turn it on after requesting.

On Saturday at around 6:49pm I walked in to supercuts on bellflower and stearns in Long Beach CA and was told sorry we are close, but at the door it clearly says open till 7:00pm. Oh ok I walked out, store owner needs to know this store needs better management. You guys lost me as a customer.

Not sure why I made an appointment. Scheduled a 1:25 slot and arrived on time… it’s 2:00 and no acknowledgement they are running behind. And to make matters more annoying, another patron with a 2:00pm appointment walked in at 1:50 and went right in. Pretty disappointed.

Maddie makes all the difference in the world. She is professional, courteous, and is an extremely excellent stylist. She genuinely cares, listens, and has a plan and has coached me through every step of the way. She helped me purchase the products I need and taught me how to use them and how to style my hair. I'm growing a very short style to a long style and Maddie has helped me know what to expect at every stage and provided insight and techniques to attain that goal which can take 1-3 years. She's helped me realize it is possible and encouraged me every step of the way while managing my unmanageable hair and taming it as it goes through the various stages. Supercuts - Ilford Codi has cut my hair for the 4th time and I would not trust any other member in the salon. Codi is professional, expert at his job and respectful. I found the other staff members being dishonest overcharging and making excuses, despite not having the shampoo package. There was no mistake but clear dishonesty. It is unfortunate, that the ladies cannot maintain professional attitide as in the Stratford branch. If it was not for Codi I would rather visit the other branch or the Rush Hairsalon next door. I observd unhealthy dynamics, a lot of gossiping and smirking at customers. Shame!

I had a SuperCut haircut this morning at 10:00am by Alysha (Stylist at Store # 83202): 10090 Olde Us 20 Suite B Rossford, OH 43460 Ph: 419-874-3483 The on-line check-in process was easy and quick, and Alysha did a great job with my cut, having asked the right questions while carrying on a very pleasant conversation. My experiences with both Alysha and her co-worker, April, have been nothing short of enjoyable. As a retired marketing / salesman, I am always looking / listening to how professionals carry themselves in their respective service businesses, and both Alysha and April exceed my expectations. SuperCuts should take great comfort in knowing that they have 2 very competent and talented professionals who understand how to treat and take good care of their customers.

The person who cut my hair was absolutely worthless, she cut the top of my hair when I told her no, she used product without my permission, and she cut me with a blade so yes this was the worst place I have ever been. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, IF YOU GO HERE YOU ARE ASKING FOR A MOLE RAT CUT.
